* IMPACTS...At 19 feet, thousands of acres of agricultural land are
under water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:45 PM CST Thursday the stage was 18.1 feet and cresting.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 15 feet Tuesday
evening.
- Flood stage is 15 feet.
